It’s a word that isn’t used much when talking about personal training or nutritional counseling, but it is what you can expect to encounter when utilizing fitness services through Alcántara Wellness.

Whether you are seeking your ultimate physique or recovering from an injury, our personal training will enable you to renew your strength with power to the mind and body. With the utmost care for your safety, each personal training session will gradually build on each other so that you can begin to experience the results of your hard work. See, we won’t limit you based on misperceptions of your body or fears that prohibit you from increasing your strength. We don’t focus solely on what we see or hear, but instead develop an image of your maximum potential and aim towards that. Each weight-bearing set, each core exercise, each muscle-building workout will be implemented with encouragement, truth, sensitivity, and hope.

Why is joy important?

Because facing your fears, pushing your body, or making practical changes to you day-to-day routine can be uncomfortable. However, we meet all of those challenges with joy because we focus on your potential and not the barriers. We consistently speak truth over your situation and carefully maneuver through (not around) any obstacle so you experience that maximum results.

So no matter your age, gender, body limitations, weight, or experience with training we know that we can assist you in realizing you can accomplish all things with God who strengthens you.

Nutritional Counseling is the catalyst to your overall physical wellness.

We’ve learned through this industry that it’s the lack of knowledge that destroys people. So, we aim to change that.

We sit down and review your caloric intake, body weight/height, daily routine, spiritual well-being, and ultimate health goal. Utilizing all that information Alcántara Wellness will develop for you a meal plan that can assure you results when abiding to it. Here is the best news: it won’t be a diet plan! See, diet means you restrict certain foods for a period of time in order to get your body to the physical stature you desire; only to eventually re-introduce those restricted items and return to the original physical state.

Lasting Change

We want lasting change that can not only be seen outwardly, but also creates a permanent inward change. With Alcántara Wellness we use nutritious foods, Herbalife products, and most importantly YOU to specifically create a plan that you can use for the rest of your life.
